On Thursday around 1:30 PM. Former Drexel guard Camren Wynter and Former Bucknell guard Andrew Funk announce they will both be transferring to Penn State.
Wynter, a first-team All-CAA selection averaged 15.8 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 4.6 assists for Drexel. Wynter shot 43% from the field while shooting 86% from the free throw line. Wynter had 28 points and 4 rebounds in his last game as a Drexel Dragon.
Funk, a second-team All-Patriot League member. Funk averaged 17.6 points, 3.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists for Bucknell. Funk easily had the best shooting percentages of his college career. He shot 43% from the field while shooting 36% from the three point line and shot 76% from the free throw line.
Wynter and Funk should end up being great pieces for Penn State next season. Will they help the Nittany Lions make the NCAA Tournament?
