Lions Eyeing for Jared Goff to remain their starter.
The Lions will be heading into their second season with HC Dan Campbell and QB Jared Goff, and it seems that they are confident rolling with Goff right now, as he 'finished strong' last season. Goff, 27, tossed for 3,254 yards to go along with a 16TD:8INT ratio. The Lions started the season off 0-8 but started to find their groove after a tie with the Steelers in week 10.

What can we expect from the offense?
Wide Receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown had an amazing rookie season, and they retained WR Josh Reynolds for the 2022 season. They added wide receiver D.J. Chark and have a star tight end in the making with T.J. Hockenson. Frank Ragnow, Penei Sewell, and Taylor Decker make a stud offensive line to block for emerging running back D'Andre Swift. If everyone can stay healthy, then this offense is truly emerging as a weapon. The real question is, if Sean McVay couldn't unlock the full potential of Jared Goff, then can we expect Dan Campbell to?
Lions to perform better in 2022
The Lions played a lot of close games in 2021 and managed to finish the season 3-13-1, which was last in the NFC North. The team is definitely trending in the right direction and over performed defensively last year, so they're bound to win more games in 2022.
