On Friday, Former Illinois guard Andre Curbelo announced that he will be transferring to St. John's.
Curbelo averaged 7.5 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 3.2 assists this season for Illinois. Curbelo had a concussion throughout the season. His first year at Illinois was better because he averaged 9.1 points, 4.2 assists, and 4.0 rebounds.
Curbelo will join up with Posh Alexander in hope to lead St. John's back to the NCAA Tournament.
